Automatic Isokinetic Sampler, ST5

The ST5 is the next generation isokinetic sampler, developed to be efficient, rugged, accurate and user friendly. The perfect companion for stack testers. The ST5 includes all the measuring sensors inside its robust structure making it a single practical device to be taken on the stack and reducing the need of maintenance.

Precise isokinetic condition, sampling flowrate is directly controlled with a mass flow meter which allows the fastest correction and allows the flow velocity entering the nozzle to be asymptotic to the stack gas velocity.

Meets and exceeds the requirements defined in the sampling methods such as UNI EN 13284, EN 1948-1, EN 14385, EN 13211 and US EPA M2, M5, M17.

The SC5 is used as a cooling bath for impinger trains or as a chiller with recirculation capabilities for the condensing of micropollutants such as PCDD/PCDF, Heavy Metals etc.

Thanks to wide plastic internal bath, it’s possible to place the complete glass set within the SC5 and use it condensation/absorber train for long lasting sampling.

The sliding lock allows the device to be completely sealed and protected, giving full insulation of the impinger train.

Heated Sample Probe, HPS

The HP5 heated sampling probe is ideal for the determination of particulate matter and chemicals in the gas phase.

Its unique design, combined with the clamps-free slide and lock device, allows the probe to freely rotate around its axis, which is needed for the swirl angle determination in accordance with the EN16911 and US EPA M1/2 – this also allows it to be easy to move it with just two fingers.

Built in accordance with the main international methods such as: EN UNI 16911 velocity and flowrate in ducts, EN ISO 13284-1 particulate matter in low concentrations, EN ISO 1948-1 Dioxins/Furans and PCB, EN UNI 13211 Total Mercury, EN 14385 Heavy Metals and US EPA Method 1-2-5.
