During the current pandemic, peoples’ mental health has been under increasing strain. Protea Limited has been proud to support Bridging the Gap, Mind Matters - a Charity providing free of charge talking therapies combined with exercise therapy to anyone who needs it.
The recent Snowdon Challenge saw the team climbing and descending Snowdon, carrying a 10Kg weighted rucksack. In addition for every £1 raised, 1 weighted Burpee was done over the course of the climb!
