Incineration & Power
As major contributors to environmental emissions, the waste incineration and power generation industries require both continuous and periodic emissions monitoring to ensure each plant is within Emission Limit Values (ELVs).

Emissions Reduction & Control
Monitoring of emissions from incinerators is a demanding application for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems. Their emissions are highly corrosive, some of the gases are soluble and, because the waste being burnt is constantly changing, the resulting stack gas temperature varies widely.
Iron, Steel & Aluminium Production
Protea analysers are used throughout the steel process from initial sintering of ore, coke production and blast furnace emissions, through to roll-mill reheat furnace emissions.
