Protea Represented At Posidonia 2026

Last week, our distributor Elkco Marine Group attended Posidonia 2026, showcasing Protea's demonstration stack model to visitors from across the maritime industry.

The model provides a visual representation of how Protea's emissions monitoring equipment is installed within a vessel's stack, helping customers understand the complete system layout and how the various components work together. It also served as a useful platform for discussing emissions monitoring requirements and environmental compliance with shipowners, operators, shipyards, and other industry professionals.

Posidonia 2026 is one of the world's most influential maritime exhibitions. The event took place at the Athens Metropolitan Expo in Greece from June 1-5, 2026. The record-breaking 29th edition featured over 2,200 exhibitors from 83 countries and generated an estimated $3.67 billion in industry deals, heavily driven by decarbonisation timelines and new fleet investments.
