Custom atmosIR Infrared Gas Analyser System On Test

Last week Protea was carrying out testing on a custom dual-analyser system for a client. The atmosIR analyser is a cost-effective and robust IR gas analyser that can measure up to 7 infra gas channels. This system is measuring a specific VOC species unique for the customer’s application, as well as other gases.

The dual analyser system is using our new breakthrough test mode whereby one analyser can measure an inlet gas concentration at high levels, and the second the low levels assessing the breakthrough level. The software tracks both inlet and outlet gases at the same time and will alarm and stop testing when breakthrough is reached. Reports are produced in .pdf and Excel formats. Breakthrough testing can be carried out with all of Protea’s range of IR, UV, FTIR, FID and laser-based gas analysers.
