Total VOC Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS)
The atmosFID Total VOC Analyser can be supplied by Protea as a complete Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) system. As a wall mounted or free-standing cabinet, it can be provided along with a complete sampling system from Protea.
The compact and robust design includes a logging analyser controller that gives:
- Remote access
- Long-term logging
- Hourly/daily averaging
- Communications protocols; OPC, Modbus and Profibus.
The CEMS uses our approved atmosFID :
- MCERTS/EN 14181 certified.
- Certification range – 0-15mg/m3
- Total VOC and Non-Methane Hydrocarbon measurement option
- Heated lines of length from 1m to 80m
- Heated or Unheated sample probes
- Blow-back control for high dust applications
- Multistream measurement configurations – inlet and outlet monitoring
- Hydrogen fuel gas monitoring and control built in
- Integration with dust and flow measurements that Protea can also provide

- Air Clean-Up panel
- Zero Air generator inside FID (no need for zero gas supply)
- Fuel gas changeover manifold, for 2-cylinder automated switchover
